(He/Him)

"Courage is a heart word. The root of the word courage is from the Latin word for heart. In one of its earliest forms, the word courage meant 'to speak one's mind by telling one's heart.'"

-Brené Brown

As a master's student in Clinical Mental Health, I bring a deep commitment to client-centered therapy. This therapeutic approach, centered on empathy and unconditional positive regard, forms the foundation of my practice. In this warm and inclusive space, I strive to build genuine connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds. By valuing each person's unique experiences, I aim to create an environment where exploration and self-discovery flourish. My goal is to empower clients on their paths to growth, providing support and guidance as they navigate their mental health journey. Everyone is not only welcome but celebrated for the richness they bring to the therapeutic process.

Personal Information

I’ve lived in Utah County since I was 15, I love all kinds of games, puzzles, and escape rooms. I’m an avid golfer but will play pretty much any sport if given the opportunity. I love traveling and have been lucky to go to a lot of places. I love to read physical books and listen to a lot of audiobooks and seem to gravitate towards mostly nonfiction and a little fantasy.

I also watch a lot of movies and TV to the point that I am somewhat of a walking IMDB. My biggest thing is honesty and authenticity. I can’t really function in a dishonest or inauthentic environment so that shapes a lot of who I am and the relationships I have. Humor has been necessary to get through a lot in my life but it’s genuine connection that ultimately helped me overcome my biggest challenges.
